The Midsummer's Night Ninja Battle (真夏の夜のニンジャ合戦 Manatsu no Yoru no Ninja Gassen?) is the thirty-first episode of Kidou Keiji Jiban. It features a crossover with the previous series, Sekaininjasen Jiraiya. However, rather than joining forces with Jiraiya himself, Jiban instead teams up with his ally, Manabu Yamaji.

- Though Jiraiya doesn't appear here, Jiban and Jiraiya would later be seen standing side by side in Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Z (2013), via the Metal Hero Keys used by the Gokaigers to transform into non-Space Sheriff Metal Heroes, with Gokai Silver and Gokai Green transforming into Jiban and Jiraiya respectively.
