Synthetic Beast Garinezu

Synthetic Beast Garinezu (合成獣ガリネーズ, Garinezu, 9 & 30): The mission of this hunch-backed rat monster was to gnaw through underground power cables to create a mass panic. He had the ability to roll into a ball & tackle opponents as well as breathe fire. However, he had a phobia of cats, which was so severe, he ran out of a battle, at the sight of one. To cure this, Synthetic Beast Army Commander Gigaro forced Garinezu to run through a maze with Jamar soldiers holding cats behind every corner a hundred times. After the hundredth time, his fear was gone. He was killed by Blue Beet, after the heroes battled him in a rat-themed dimension. He was revived in Episode 30. He tried to take out Blue Beet by self-destructing, though Blue Beet survived.
