Soldozer

This article is about a character in Tokkyuu Shirei Solbrain.

Soldozer^[1] (ソルドーザー, Sorudōzā^?) is the Variable Rescue Droid (バリアブル・レスキュー・ドロイド, Bariaburu Resukyū Doroido^?)^[2]^[3] who is a member of the Action Unit. His rank is inspector^[2]. He is affectionately called Dozer (ドーザー, Dōzā^?) by everyone.

History[]

Solbrain[]

Soldozer has a gentle personality and is polite in his words, but he can also become emotional when dealing with gruesome incidents. Because he has a built-in growth chip, he can understand human emotions^[2], and because he was just born, he is full of curiosity and interested in anything, and sometimes gets separated from Kamekichi Togawa during patrols. However, he is very popular with the local children, and often talks about the cases he has solved and deepens their exchanges. Also, unexpectedly, his dream is to drive a car. He remained in Tokyo after disbanding SRS due to mass production of Solid Suits.

Soldozer has thicker armor than Solid Suit^[2], and is active in rescue operations in large-scale disasters. Equipped with a fire extinguishing nozzle that fires a fire extinguishing beam, a powerful light, and a winch. A drill arm can be attached to the right hand and a large scissors-type special attachment Arc Welder (アークウエルダー, Āku Uerudā^?) can be attached to the left arm^[2].

Soldozer can transform into a ground running form Dozercrawler^[1] (ドーザークローラー, Dōzā Kurōrā^?)^[3]. Crawler's drills and buckets are made of Zirconite 56 (ジルコナイト56, Jirukonaito 56^?), which is five times harder than diamond^[4].

METAL SPIRIT 19 — Chapter 19: Super Soldozer

In this publication of Super Mode of Toei Metal Spirit, Soldozer is able to combine with the Powered Unit deployed from Solid States I to form the gigantic Super Soldozer (スーパーソルドーザー, Sūpā Sorudōzā^?) when activated. In this form, he is armed with claw-like hands to lift objects (such as vehicles) and buildings and four spider-like legs.
