Shinichiro Yamagami (山上信一郎 Yamagami Shinichirō?) : A human robot repair engineer who created Toko.He tries to escape with the Yamagami away from Neo Guild.However, they were captured and sentenced to execution by electric chair ,George Makabe for the sake of usefulness spared and ordered Yamagami to carry out punishments on her.However, Janperson and Gungibson saved her.When Toko returned, Yamagami was surprised by her return and the fact that she treated him like a father.Under orders from Makabu Yamagami, Toko is implanted with an obedience chip.Yamagami was recaptured from the Neo Guild by Janperson and Gungibson.When Yamagami is rescued, he tries to fix Toko. Toko and Yamagami go together like a family.
