Shelly (シェリー Sherī?) is Geki's assistant from Planet Bird, Commander Qom's niece and Mimie's cousin who owning a visual illusion device allows her to use "Laser Vision," transforming into a budgerigar.

In the death game after both Jasmine
and Umekoescapes from the prison, Shelly and Tamy asked both women to join with them. After Shelly introduces herself to them, suddenly Hellbyra appears. Then Umeko, Shelly and Tamy goes into battle against Hellbyra. After seemingly killed, suddenly Hellbyra went alive and kills Umeko, Shelly and Tamy by her tentacle. The girls then talking about their abilities, Shelly, who has the power to turn herself into parakeet using her Laser Vision power. After Jasmine, Umeko, Shelly and Tamy meets Maki, suddenly Hellbyra appears. Maki beats Hellbyra, but Shelly, Tamy, Maki and Umeko holds Hellbyra, asking Jasmine to read the mind. After both Umeko and Jasmine were killed, Shelly uses Laser Vision to destroy Hellbyra, clearing the death game.
Birdie then sent Shelly, Tamy and Maki to the prison, as they found the entire prison staff were killed. As Sophie appears inside the prison, she tells to them that Hellbyra is nowhere to be found. Suddenly "Maki" shoot Tamy from behind, then kicks both her and Shelly, and also Sophie's weapon. Unbeknownst to them, "Maki" is finally reveals herself as Benikiba as she advances against them.
Meanwhile, Shelly protects Sophie from Benikiba attacks. Shelly asks Sophie to escape, but Benikiba prevents them by beating Shelly. As Benikiba takes out the knife and is about to finish off Shelly, suddenly her knife was shot by Jasmine and Umeko, who intervenes in time to stop her. Shelly then blocks Benikiba as she is about to kill Sophie after both Jasmine and Umeko goes into battle against Hellbyra, but Benikiba chases her.
Benikiba then overpowers Shelly, as she telling her that she herself used to be a cop, and she says the police took everything away from her. It was Genmaku who tells right about the church that saved Benikiba. As Shelly wants to know more, but Benikiba refuses while dragging her to the table where she slams her head several times. Benikiba then beats Shelly and strangles her, but suddenly Tamy intervenes as Shelly uses Laser Vision to escape.Girls in Trouble: Space Squad Episode Zero
Space Sheriff Gavan vs. Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger[]
One day, Shelly accompanies Geki to raid a deal involving Madgallan, a member of the Space Criminal Organization Genmaku. However, instead of waiting for backup, Geki decides to confront Madgallan himself, while Shelly fights against his companions. It turns out that the deal is proved to be a trap, with Shelly was shot twice by a man in a black hood, then he kidnaps her.
Shelly was later found being held captive, as she was visited by Lars and Benikiba. Lars reveals himself as the mastermind behind the kidnapping, as he tells to Shelly that her blood will be used to revive his weapon, Satan Gorth. He then punches her several times as no help will come. Once Benikiba leaves, Shelly was brutally punched by Lars as he decided to ignore her. As Lars is almost complete to revive Satan Gorth by violently punches Shelly several times, suddenly Geki and the Dekarangers arrives to stop him. Lars then transforms himself into Madgallan, as he asked them to celebrate the Satan Gorth's revival by taking their lives, but Gavan and the Dekarangers goes into battle against Madgallan and Kuronen, respectively as Satan Gorth is about to revive.
