Reiko Higuchi (樋口 玲子 Higuchi Reiko?) is SolJeanne[1] (ソルジャンヌ Sorujannu?), the protagonist of Tokkyuu Shirei Solbrain, and Junko Fujino's successor.
History[]
Solbrain[]
Reiko is a 22-years-old police officer who is a member of the Action Unit in Solbrain[2]. Normally, she collects information as a detective, but she also has the skills as a doctor. Wearing Solid Suit (Light Type) for first aid for injured people at disaster sites. She has a gentle personality, but she is a hard worker who never gives up even in a pinch. Eventually, she falls in love with Daiki. Nine years ago, when she was a girl, she was present at the scene where her childhood friend Kazuya Kiryuu's father, Yasuharu Kiryuu, was arrested by the police for innocent charges, and at that time, she met her later boss, Masaki. After the dissolution of SRS due to mass production of Solid Suits, she was transferred to Nagoya as an instructor[3].

Reiko wearing a Light Type Solid Suit[4]. Her main mission is to rescue injured people in the event of an incident or accident[4]. There are some scenes where she wrestled, albeit a little. The holster attached to the right hip is equipped with a rescue/treatment tools such as the Medical Scanner (メディカルスキャナー Medikaru Sukyanā?). The measurement data of the Medical Scanner is transmitted to the helmet through a computer built in the chest protector and displayed on the openable goggles (visor).
Normally, the mission is to cover only the upper part of the face with goggles, but when working in a place filled with toxic gas, she must wear a Face Guard (フェイスガード Feisu Gādo?) with a built-in Respirator (レスピレーター Resupirētā?) on the lower part of the face. The Face Guard is attached to the front of the chest protector except when worn.
Since it was created with the above activities as the main purpose, it is like a protector that is not equipped with various tools like SolBraver (Heavy Type Solid Suit), but it increases the wearer's power by about 2.5 to 3 times[5], with the ability to jump up to 15 meters, running speed is comparable to Olympic athletes.
The total weight of the suit is about 10 kg, but a simplified Mechanochemical Actuator (メカノケミカル・アクチュエーター mekanokemikaru Akuchuētā?) is built in, reducing the physical burden on the suit wearer.
