Kaoru Itō (伊藤 薫 Itou Kaoru?) is a Japanese lyricist, composer and singer.
He has written all the songs for Blue Swat and composed some of them. He has also performed the "theme of Platinum".
In 2013, He has released a duet with Enka singer Takeshi Matsubara : "Kanashimi no ame".
He has also written songs for other artists such as Goro Noguchi, Sayuri Ishikawa and Kaori Mizumori.
