This article is about an armors in Juukou B-Fighter. |
Insect Armor(s) (インセクトアーマー Insekuto Āmā?) is a reinforced garment that combines the power of science and insects, created by the old master Guru by pouring the spirit of insects into the prototype armor under development at the Japan Branch of Earth Academia[note 1]. It is an exoskeleton biological armor that is activated by integrating with humans, and Insectite (インセクタイト Insekutaito?) that is specially hardened by adsorbing metal ions such as titanium and tungsten to pseudo-crustacean cells made from chitin, is used as the outer armor. Ion energy absorbed from the atmosphere turns into plasma inside and becomes a power source.
The armor itself has a heart and chooses a person to become itself. Since it has the power of insects, it is not affected by radio waves that operate machines, but it is vulnerable to pollen and cold from carnivorous plants, which are natural enemies of insects.
List of Insect Armors[]
Obtained the most weapons among the three, such as Stinger Drill, a newly developed attachment in Episode 21, and Beet Ingram, the dimensional champion's gun entrusted by Guru's son Kabuto from Episode 36. Also, by getting Beet Ingram, Takuya got the power to evolve into the strongest warrior Super Blue Beet (スーパーブルービート Sūpā Burū Bīto?).
It seems that it does not take advantage of the speed that is the advantage of armor, but conversely, it can be interpreted as a tactic that combines speed and power, so in a sense it is versatile when it comes to fighting.
