EDRT-008 Buildriver (ビルドライバー Birudoraibā?) is a tool specializing in escape and rescue work from a closed space, which is a common equipment for Exceedraft's team[1]. Appeared from Episode 21.
It changes the equipment power depending on replacing a tip unit with one of its modes:[1]
- EDAT-008-I Disc Saw Mode (ディスクソウモード Disuku Sou Mōdo?): In this mode, it can cuts a 30cm thick steel door with a circular blade that rotates 650 revolutions per second (mainly used when a person is blocked in the elevator for example).
- EDAT-008-II Drill Mode (ドリルモード Doriru Mōdo?): In this mode, rock and concrete walls can be crushed with a drill that rotates 950 revolutions per second. It is used to rescue people who are buried alive.
On the other hand, the power is boosted 10 times when is combined with the Revolback G-3 and it's used as RevolDriving (リボルドライビング Riborudoraibingu?)[2]. Same as the Buildriver, the Disc Saw Mode and Drill Mode also can be used depending on the unit replacement.
