Crane and Turtle Duo (ツルカメ・コンビ Tsuru Kame Konbi?): Hidenori Tsuruta (鶴田秀範 Tsuruta Hidenori?) and Makoto Kameda (亀田誠 Kameda Makoto?) are a pair of bumbling criminals who work for a criminal named Henry Noguchi. They broke into a research facility and stole a rare viper and the antidote for its venom. Because of their stupidity, the duo lost the viper, putting the city in danger.
