Annie (アニー Anī?) is Dai's classmate, whose homeworld of Mount was annihilated by Fooma. She requested to be assigned to Earth with Dai, with intentions of vengeance. She usually drives a yellow Mazda RX-7 Savanna FB to patrol the streets or arrive at the scene of a battle, using a Laser Shot sidearm in battle.
When Gavan, Sharivan and Shaider meet together on Earth. Dai said to them that Annie is currently studying Archeology at a University in Egypt.

Annie enrolled at a University and studying Archeology in Egypt.
Annie was orphaned by the Fooma's mass destruction of her home planet Mount. She also lost a 10-year-old sister. To ease the pain of her grief, Marine summoned her to Earth to fulfill his desire for revenge. Despite being a rookie space cop, she has great hand-to-hand combat skills and great handling of a pistol, as well as skilled aim.
She is a space sheriff's deputy who is much more active in the field than her predecessors. She forms a dynamic duo with Shaider.

Annie appears as a playable character with Shaider in the Sony PlayStation crossover strategy game Super Tokusatsu Taisen 2001.
Uchuu Keiji Shaider: Next Generation 2014[]
While studying archaeology, Annie likely traveled to Middle Eastern countries that had become war zones. Possibly moved by what she saw, she made a career move to medicine and became a doctor. She is seen running a clinic in a run-down area of Japan when Shu visits her.(Coincidentally, the earlier role of Hiroako Iwanaga, Date Akira in Kamen Rider OOO, was also a doctor who worked in war zones.)
Annie has a framed photo with Dai in her office, suggesting that she is a widow. (Next Generation 2014)
Personality[]
Despite her lethality and great sadness in her heart, she has a very sweet personality, treating children, the elderly and animals with great tenderness. Unlike Dai, she does not have many friends on Earth, because she is not an Earthling. She tends to cry when she feels frustrated and has a charming smile. She has some telepathic abilities and can sometimes communicate with some alien children and also with Dai when she is in great danger. She is jealous of her partner.
Relationships[]
- Dai Sawamura: Annie had a relationship with Dai that began as teammates, but evolved into a romance. This becomes suggestive in some subtle romantic scenes such as in episode 28 - The Demon Palace's Backstabbing Brothers. In episode 41 - Direct Attack on the Female Journalist, the fact that Dai and Annie are dating becomes evident with Annie's jealousy and Dai's subsequent discomfort at seeing her angry. In episode 48, Dai also promises to take her on a romantic honeymoon to see the world.
At the end of the show, Annie remains on Earth with Dai since she no longer has her home planet.
